Start here

Five steps, one idea, start to finish.

Missed the session? Follow these in order. Each tool below is marked with the steps it belongs to.

  1. Step 1: Research the idea

Use Genspark to check that people want it, who already sells it, and what they charge.

  2. Step 2: Build it

Write a one-page spec with ChatGPT or Claude, then paste it into Lovable to generate the product.

  3. Step 3: Host it

Publish from Lovable so the product is live on a real link you can send to people today.

  4. Step 4: Monetize it

Use the monetization prompt to decide who pays, how much and for what, then put that offer on the page.

  5. Step 5: Get found

Publish pages that answer the questions your buyers already ask, so Google and AI assistants can send them to you.

The tools

In the order we opened them.

Genspark AI

Step 1

In the session

Idea and market research. We used it to test whether the idea has real demand, who already serves it, and what people pay them.

Reach for it when

Before you build anything. If you cannot name three competitors and what they charge, you are not ready for step 2.

Lovable

Steps 2 and 3

In the session

Building the actual product from a written spec. We went from a prompt to a live, hosted page in the same session.

Reach for it when

Once your spec fits on one page. A vague prompt gets you a vague product, so write the spec first.

ChatGPT

Step 2

In the session

Writing the build spec, the page copy and the logic before we generated anything in Lovable.

Reach for it when

Any time you are about to generate something. Ten minutes of writing here saves an hour of rebuilding later.

Claude

Steps 2, 3 and 5

In the session

Writing the build spec, debugging what Lovable produced, and drafting the SEO and AEO content for step 5.

Reach for it when

When something Lovable built is broken and you cannot see why, or when you need long, structured writing like a full page of answers.

Prompts we used

Copy them, then change the details to fit your idea.

Your next 7 days

Three things to do before you forget how.

  1. Days 1 and 2

    Research one idea properly.

Run the idea research prompt in Genspark. Write down three competitors and what each one charges. If you find none, check that the problem is real before you go further.

  2. Days 3 to 5

Build and publish a first version.

Write the spec, generate it in Lovable and publish it. It will be rough. Publish anyway: a live link teaches you more than a perfect draft on your laptop.

  3. Days 6 and 7

Put a price on it and show ten people.

Add one offer with a price, publish one page that answers a question your buyer searches for, and send the link to ten people who fit. Count the replies. That number is your next decision.
